Kidney Infections More Condition_symptoms What Causes Reoccurring Kidney Infections?

What causes reoccurring kidney infections? - kidney infections more condition_symptoms

Never kidney infections when I was younger, but now in his fifties, I have once or twice a year. I drink lots of water and virtually no soft drinks. They are very painful and I wonder what I could do to avoid. I hate cranberry juice and I need to buy in pill form in health food store too. He wondered what other people had suggestions :-)
