What food should be avoided for ulcerative colitis? - colitis more condition_symptoms what is it

I have been suffering from ulcerative colitis in the last 2 1 / 2 years. Can anyone suggest what I take medication and what to avoid? By leakage of blood from my low hemoglobin. What foods would take him more iron and therefore iron from food to take?

It varies from person to person, but I'm sure you know that your trigger foods. Things such as spicy or heavily seasoned, sometimes milk, acidic beverages like orange juice and soft drinks. Caffine is a great idea. Foods rich in iron are green and greener than spinich or liver.

Use an iron pan to cook (the iron allowed). Eat plenty of fiber (Bran Buds ... mmmm). Avoid a lot of junk and processed foods, especially fast! Many dark green vegetables .... Good luck!

I have ulcerative colitis, and my doctor told me, nuts, seeds, fiber (vegetables, fruits, etc.) to avoid whole-grain cereals. I can eat these things now in moderation, if I'm annoying habit.

Your doctor should be able to help your diet. Stay away from paprika, pepper and any kind of acidic foods, for example. Tomatoes, etc..

Season food with pepper and ginger. To help both herbal remedies, muscle, heal their illness.

Ask your doctor!
